Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at:

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, we are not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
